“I woke up one morning with an extremely sore lower back.  It became difficult to walk.  I’d had some issues before but this was much worse.  Over the course of the next couple weeks it got better and then got worse.  I developed sciatic pain down into my foot. 

I had a cortisone shot that helped for one day.   MRI showed a herniated disc lower lumbar. 

I bought the McGill book and started to understand the principles.  But was not getting better.   In desperation I discovered that one of the certified coaches lived pretty close to me. 

I had my 3 hour assessment with Taylor.  He was very thorough, explained everything clearly and within 30 min pointed out various imbalances in my body.

After an hour he taught me how to sit without pain, first time I’d been able to do that in 2 months.
