I’m mostly retired now, but wish I’d had this updated science in my training and CE years ago. People still come to me a 15 years after closing my clinic, and so your publications are really useful. I’m currently talking to some of the trainers at the university gym here in XXX, because I see many young athletes who are doing routines that are detrimental as per the evidence from yours and others research.
