Clinicians and Practitioners

Certification vs Master Clinician
What is the difference?

Certification

Having certification indicates holders have attended education sessions but have not been tested on clinical competency with patients.

“McGill Method Certified” candidates have attended McGills clinical courses and passed a knowledge competency test. They have not been assessed by professor McGill in their ability to create successful patients. Certified people are not intended to address people with substantial back pain mechanisms. Such people are directed to the McGill Method Master Clinicians.

Becoming “McGill Method Certified” requires candidates to have taken McGill courses (in – person), specifically McGill 1, 2 and 3. An on-line exam must also be completed. The tracking of course attendance and the exam process is administered by RED – an independent management company. Candidates wishing to challenge the exam to become certified should go to link below where full details are provided.
